Installation instructions (PC)
- Format the SD card.
- Download the zip file from our website.
- Extract the zip files.
- Copy the 4 files on the root of the SD card.
- Insert the SD card into the camera.
- Turn ON the camera in «setup» menu.
- Press on «OK» to enter in the menu.
- Select the option «About» and press on «OK»,
- Press «UP» and press on «OK» to confirm
- Press «UP» and press on «OK» to start the update.
- The display will indicate «Upgrading»
- The display will shutdown, you can turn OFF the camera.
- The camera will be updated.
Installation instructions (MAC)
- Make sure to use a SD card class 10/U1 up to 32GB.
- Format the SD card on your computer (Format:MS-DOS(FAT)).
- Download the update file from our website.
- Double-click on the .zip file.
- Open the camera name folder.
- Copy the 4 files from the .zip file onto the SD card.
- Verify the copy has been successful on your SD card.
- On the SD card, right-click on MacOS_PrepareSDCard.command and select open with terminal to run the file.
- Eject the SD card from the computer.
- Make sure the camera is turned OFF.
- Insert the SD card into the camera.
- Turn ON the camera in «setup» menu.
- Press on «OK» to enter in the menu.
- Select the option «About» and press on «OK»,
- Press «UP» and press on «OK» to see the word «Update».
- Press «UP» to see the word «Yes» and press on «OK» to start the update.
- The display will indicate «Upgrading»
- The display will shutdown, you can turn OFF the camera.
- The camera will be updated.
- Proceed to the verification step on the next tab.
Verification
Turn ON the camera in «setup» menu.Press on «OK» to enter in the menu.
Select the option «About» and press on «OK».
Press «OK» again to see the camera firmware version. For example: F20_V03.
