Can these cameras be secured to the tree with something like a cobra locking cable? I don't see holes for th cable to go through.
Hi Scott, our FLEX-M does have a cable lock hole built into the camera body; it's on the side near the latch. It's compatible with Python-style locks like a cobra locking cable. We also offer the SPYPOINT Cable Lock (CLM-6FT), which is a 6-foot cable lock designed to fit all SPYPOINT cameras and comes with 2 keys. If you'd like even more protection, we have the SB-500S Steel Security Box made specifically for FLEX cameras. It has additional holes on the sides for cable locks, holes on the back for screw mounting, and a spot on the front for a padlock.

What cable do I need to hook up a flex M camera to a barn owl solar panel which I already have because their cameras don't work switching over thanks
Hello John, our FLEX-M camera has a DC 12V input jack that uses a 1.5mm barrel connector cable for external power. Unfortunately, the Barn Owl solar panel is a third-party product that isn't officially supported or tested with SPYPOINT cameras, so we're unable to guarantee compatibility or recommend a specific cable for that connection.
What we'd recommend instead is one of our own SPYPOINT solar panels, which come with the correct cable and are fully compatible with the FLEX-M. The SPLB-22 is a 10W lithium battery solar panel with 15,000 mAh capacity, and the SPLB-10 is a more compact option with 7,500 mAh, both plug directly into the FLEX-M's 12V port with the included 1.5mm cable, so there's no guesswork involved. Either of these would be a reliable, plug-and-play solution for keeping your FLEX-M powered in the field.

Does this package come with the rechargeable batteries?
Hello Adam, thank you for your interest in the FLEX-M Solar Bundle! our bundle includes the FLEX-M Cellular Trail Camera and the SPLB-10 Compact Lithium Battery Solar Pack, which is a rechargeable lithium battery with a built-in solar panel that keeps itself charged while in the field. However, please note that the SPLB-10 serves as an external power source, and the camera itself still requires LIT-22 Rechargeable Lithium Battery Pack as its primary internal power source, which are not included in the bundle.

My FLEX-M is saving 10 - 20 identical images of a single frame. Can this be corrected?
Hello there, this can likely be resolved by adjusting your camera settings. The FLEX-M may be re-triggering due to a high Sensitivity setting or Motion Delay set to Instant, causing repeated captures of the same subject. We also recommend ensuring your camera is updated to the latest firmware (v1.6.0-10) and formatting or replacing the microSD card if needed.
