Great quality of a camera
I received this camera as an upgrade due to an issue I had with the LM2 and it couldn’t be repaired. I wish I would have bought this camera first. It’s great especially that it has dual SIM cards and I didn’t have to decide which cell provider to choose. Pictures are great quality.

poor customer assistance and poor camera function
. Since purchasing the cameras, I have had multiple ''SD card read error'' issues. Upon contacting customer service, I was instructed to replace the SD cards. I hunt out of state, so have to drive hours to do this with the cameras. I replaced the SD card, and the cameras worked for a brief period of time. Then, the same issue returned. I contacted customer service again, and was told the cameras would be replaced. So, I drove several hours to retrieve the cameras. The next agent I spoke with reset the cameras to default, and told me the cameras could not be replaced because they appeared to work again. I told the agent that the cameras did this before when replacing SD cards, but they refused to listen. The cameras are back in the field, and once again are sending the ''SD card read error'' and failing to transmit pictures. The whole process has been very frustrating. Ultimately, the cameras have proven to be unreliable . When the pictures are taken they are of good quality, but not worth the headache.

Great quality
I have multiple SPYPOINT cameras but the g-36 just might be my new favorite the quality of the images and videos have far exceeded my expectations also the trigger speed on this bad boy is intense I have so many photos that the older cameras I do have just would have never caught!

Very happy with it set up easy sends photos almost instantly to my phone .batterys last a long time .my one complaint is that if I set it up as a security along a driveway it can't send a photo that is clear enough to read a liscense plate from farther away than maybe 40 feet.

Great Pic quality plus video
I have a few FLEX G-36 in my arsenal of SPYPOINT cams. Activation is simple and I typically have it connected and pix sent to my app within 3 minutes of opening the box. No need to worry about cell providers because of the dual sim cards. Hard to beat the value on this one!

The 6 Month Batter
Alabama Trophy Hunters runs 20 Spypoint camera's and mostly the Flex G-36. Everyone of them are on a 12 volt external battery box and we have gotten 6 months out of the battery, could have went longer but it was down to 20% when we decided to change the battery for a charge

i have been using flex and flex 36 for a couple years now(and just ordered 3 more 36's i use them year round in manitoba and they have not had any issues at all,, they work even when temps drop for prolonged times. very satisfied, as you can see above just ordered 3 more

Awesome Trail Cams!
I bought two FLEX G-36s and set them up a week later. Easy instructions and set up for a first timer. Great daylight color and b/w night shots with great clarity. LOVE having the pics come in on the app and see what’s moving. A great tool to have! Highly recommend!

Worth the money!
I purchased 4 in October to test in my area. Good experience with those so I purchased 2 more in December. I hunt from October to January, and trap from November to February. Really like being able to check traps daily without going into the area and spreading scent.

The camera has come along way from the c battery.
I have been using your cameras about 8 years now. We I would show other hunters what I was looking at, they have purchased SpyPoint cameras and I held them in settings up and get started. They are in their 70’s and 80’s loving the game pictures sent to their app.

Battery eating machine
Love the app and cam even though the images are not as crisp as you would think it should be...my other 26 cam pics are crystal clear...buy the solar charger or buy some stock in a battery company because set as low as possible 8 new batteries last 3 weeks max.

Great camera for the price
Wife bought it for Christmas for me to join my link micros and love being able to switch from photo to video from my phone. Battery life seems to have been improved from other reviews I have seen. All in all I would buy another if I had the spare money.

Not very reliable
I purchased this camera at the beginning of November, 2024. It has been deployed for about a month and have had several issues with the micro SD card losing format. Photos, which are supposed to be HD are far from it. In addition, it eats batteries!

Ease of use!

I have two spy point cameras both are working great. Only had one issue so far with them. Customer service is just a tad slow but hey which customer service isn't. Problem was solved in a timely manner. I would recommend these cameras to my friends.

Easy to use features with the app
My neighbor uses a spypoint and I am glad I purchased one, also.
I basically set it up on a tree and don’t have to constantly go out to get my images. The night vision is very good,as well.
Image quality is much better than my other trailcam.

Very easy to set up and install. Pic quality is outstanding. The sensitivity picks up a lot, adjusting it is important so you get only the game you are interested in. Connectivity is also great considering it’s not in a great coverage location.

Great product at a great price
Purchased in December 23’ and despite some negative reviews, I have not once had an issue with this unit. I get all photos and videos with only two exceptions. 1. Ensure batteries stay over 25% 2. Ensure signal strength maintains 25% or higher.

The camera was a Christmas gift & I have since added a solar charger for the batteries. The camera takes good photos, easy to pull photos, the weather feature is nice. I don't hunt but pit corn out for wildlife & thoroughly enjoyed the camera

Great pictures delivered quickly

Quality camera and excellent customer service
I recently purchased two FLEX G-36 cameras and I am impressed with the quality of pictures. Both cameras have been in the woods for a week and the batteries are still at 100 percent. Big improvement. I like the ability to switch to video.

Flex G-36 works great
I had a Flex go bad on me and Spypoint replaced it with a new G-36. It works great and doesn’t seem to use up battery power as much as the regular Flex did. Great camera but I still would stick to the LM2’s but just a personal preference.

Camera with water
This camera is excellent as far as picture quality and capture. My problem is when the lens fogged and when I got around to servicing it, it had a significant amount of water. My opinion, it was more than condensation. Just by chance, I didn’t need the camera and left it open a couple of weeks. The tech told me to try it and it worked fine and has been working since. My problem is that we have had few rainy days and I need to see if it happens again. Other than that, it seems to be working fine. The camera was sealed and I don’t know where water may have entered. On a subsequent came I purchased it came with a special grommet to seal the antenna connection that the original did not have. I suspect there is a reason for that. The tech did not offer to send me a gromment for the antenna connection. I have my suspicions! I’m waiting for the next rain storm. I own 10 SpyPoint cameras of various ages and models. I like the Flex S with the solar panel for an internal lithium battery the best-so far! I have only had this one camera leak out of all of them.

Set up options
There are some setup options I would like to see for the G-36 camera. Being able to set the hours when I want to capture pictures would be nice. A live picture option would also be nice, even if only for a limited number of pictures.

Just got this camera at the end of the season . So far all is great , good picture quality night/day . Batteries seem to last good . Time will tell out in the field if it will last our wet harsh winters . Happy with purchase so far .

Great customer service!
The original cameras arrived and for some reason neither would take pictures after activation. Customer service worked with to evaluate and they determined they were defective. They sent replacements which work awesome! Thank you!!

Very good picture
Just bought this camera 1 day ago and had to call customer service because it was only Notifying me of the pictures it had taken every 4 hours, but after calling customer service it only took them a few minutes to correct the issue.

Can you disable motion triggering while taking timelapse photos? I would like it to take pictures at regular intervals but not when motion is detected.

If you want the camera to take photos at regular intervals without triggering motion detection, you can use the time-lapse mode. This mode disables motion detection and captures images based solely on the interval you set.

What happens if someone steals my camera
Hello; Thank you for reaching out. If your camera is stolen, please follow these steps. First, do not delete the camera from your account—keep it visible in your app. Take a screenshot or write down the status page for the stolen camera, including the SIM card number and activation code. Save any pictures the camera has sent, as they may help identify the thief. Additionally, monitor your app daily to check if the camera has disappeared from your account. If it does, please contact your local authorities to file a theft report. If your camera has GPS capability and is still visible in the app, you may be able to provide new GPS coordinates to the authorities. However, if the camera does not have GPS or is no longer syncing, we are unable to locate it. For legal inquiries, the authorities can contact us directly, and they will need to send legal documents for any further information. You can also transfer your subscription to another camera. If you need assistance with that or if you have an active photo transmission plan on the stolen camera, please reach out to our customer support team to cancel the plan.
