I bought 3 and was unsure if they would really help. I had 1 camera that had 2 bars and the camera would work but would be slow to send pictures. I added the antenna and I have 5 bars and sends the pictures almost instantly. I had 2 that had hardly no signal at all and I added the antenna and now I get pictures. If you are not using them you are missing out. To help get them up in the air so they help I used 12ft of 1.5 pvc pipe and mounted the antenna on the top and run the cord inside the pipe to keep animals from chewing on the cord. I use a ratchet strap to attach to the tree..

Great product
I have tried several cheaper antenna's but was only getting 25% signal was able to get pics from link micro lte but antenna quit working . So i bought the spypoint long range and upon connection signal jumped to 90% . it is mounted on 18 ft pvc 1.5 in. camera is at 5 ft . pvc is tied to a metal fence Tpost. . have lit 10 battery is great last about six weeks at 1minute delay and sends each detection . at this time for me spypoint is the way to go value, affordability and service.

works great
just hooked it up,camara was in a very thick area with no phone reseption. went back to my phonr and checked it and it had pictures of me hooking it up. the next day i had raccoon pictures and a deer. i am 40 moles awayb from the camara, it works great and with great pictures, its a 5 out of 5

Need for better cell reception. The ca-10 boosted my cell reception from 45% to 100%. I am using a Spypoint Micro LTE and am very happy with the complete set up. Highly recommend for anyone that needs to boost their cell reception.

Degraded cell signal
I bought this to boost signal higher then the 50% stock antenna on flex-s and it actually degraded signal to 20%. Antenna was mounted as high as the 15ft cable would allow with a clear 360 deg unobstructed view.

Didn't work out for me.
Installed this on a Spypoint Flex-S. With the stock antenna the signal strength flucutated between 50% and 90%. I installed this external antenna and the signal strength got worse. 20%-50%. Maybe in some areas it will improve your signal strength but it didn't in mine.

My flex s is in a valley and it gets barley any service there on my phone and it takes pictures for 2 days then stops will this help it get enough signal

If I attach this antenna to my cell camera and then throw the black antenna base up in the tree as far as I can get it, will it operate just fine if it is hanging upside down or does it have to be upright???

We have a cabin that has no electricity and the cell phone service is not very good. Would this work in a remote area with no electricity? We do have solar panels.
