decent features,
the 100 free pics is ALMOST enough. I would never have bought a camera that REQUIRED a subscription to get pics . and they were fairly expensive, the 2 camera deal and the free 100 pics got me to try these, I am very satisfied but am learning tha 100 pics a month may not be enough, but I can go out and pul lthe sd cards to get the rest, pretty much like I used to,,,, but have to admit that now that I have these , I might upgrade to the next level subscription

Great photos
This camera serves our needs well. We use them for home security as well as watching wildlife. I like the daily photo option and the firmware update that can be done remotely. I do not like that I can't change my monthly plan from the app or that it automatically defaults to auto renewal. It makes the process very cumbersome and you can easily get charged for a monthly photo package you really don't need.

Hard to beat for the price
This was my first cell cam purchase. Got the 2 pack and put them on a new property I’m hunting this year. Picture quality is pretty good and getting 100 photos for free without a subscription is nice as well. Got some nice photos and even captured two bucks fighting which was cool to get on camera. Hard to beat for $100 bucks.

Everything you want in a trailcam
I bought this pair a couple of weeks ago basically because my old camera wouldn't work with my new phone carrier but was pleasantly surprised with the upgrades that have been made with this product. Setup was simple and picture quality is excellent. Would recommend highly.

Easy setup
The whole system was very easy to setup. Cameras take great pictures. We have terrible phone service but when I set these cameras up I’m getting 90% coverage! Would be nice to be able to do account things on the app instead of having to go to the website.

Easy setup and great plans to choose from
Been using these for a few weeks and they are worth the money. Can use as trail cams or security cams if needed. The free 100 pics a month is an awesome deal that SPYPOINT provides to their customers totally free of charge.

easy as 1, 2, 3.
the best upgrade i think is that spypoint made viewing all cameras in one click, instead of viewing each camera one at a time. i have 5 cameras as of now and may double that in the near future. jim

If using the camera out of data service, are you also able to manually retrieve the photos from the device?
Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, if your camera is placed in an area with no signal coverage, or if you choose to deactivate the cellular option, you can still manually retrieve the captures. To do this, simply remove the SD card from the camera and insert it into a computer or compatible device. This allows you to access and transfer the photos stored on the card, even without cellular service.

Can a activated device be logged to a different account?
Hello, Once a camera is activated and linked to an account using the activation code, it can only be managed and configured through that account. The activation code acts as the key to linking the camera to the account. If you need to use the camera with a different account, it would require reactivation with the code. If you have further questions or need assistance, please reach out to our team at https://www.spypoint.com/en/chat. We’re here to help.

Do you have to pay for the celluar service or any other fees required to view it on tour phone?
Hello, Thank you for your question! You’re not billed for connecting to the cellular network itself. Instead, we offer transmission plans that determine the number of photos transferred from the camera to the app. Each camera comes with a default free plan of 100 photos. If you need more photo transfers, you can select a plan that best suits your needs. For more details on our plans, please visit this link: https://www.spypoint.com/en/spypoint-experience/plans.
