I tried to switching to spypoint, worst decision ever! after 3 plus years I've had to replace at least 2 cams a year. not to mention cant hardly understand any tech support staff.... not American. please choose any other cams cell or not, these are garbage. they leak water loose signal and have never ending format issues.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Formatting issue Purchased 2 back of Flex M2 one formatted and works like it’s supposed to but the second after multiple SD cards and battery exchanges still doesn’t turn green. I followed all recommendations on troubleshooting and finally called customer service and was told if it sends photos there’s nothing wrong with it. I have 2 G-36 and have no issues with them. Also what security box fits the M2? I can’t find any info on this. We have bears that love to investigate cameras and l can’t believe a security box wasn’t designed for this product.

How many seconds video does this camera take?

Hello there, our FLEX M2 records videos that are up to 15 seconds long. This was designed as a balance to keep transmission times reasonable, longer videos would take proportionally longer to send through the cellular network.

On the Flex M2 does the video have zoom capabilities, I see it has 90' range but can you zoom in on live video stream.

Hello there, our FLEX M2 does not support live video streaming, so zooming in on a live feed would not be available. The 90-foot range refers to the camera's motion detection distance, which triggers it to capture photos or videos. You can still view your captured photos and videos through the SPYPOINT app.

How long should the batteries last and which battery option will last longer?

How is it powered, solar or battery, and what battery? The LIT22 I have 2, 1 I never used until a couple weeks ago and it want stay charged. The other no problem

Hello there, the FLEX-M2 is powered by either 8 AA batteries (alkaline or lithium) or a LIT-22 rechargeable lithium battery pack. It does not have an integrated solar panel, though it is compatible with external solar power banks like the SPLB-22 or SPLB-10. I have several Flex-S- Dark and struggle to keep them Transmitting. CS has been very helpful but with 3 bars they work a few weeks and quit transmitting. Anyway, the question is does these new Flex-M2 have a more stable transmission

However, being our newest 2026 model, it does come with the latest modem hardware and updated firmware out of the box, which may offer improved connection stability compared to older units. What is the difference between the Flex M2 and the Flex M?

Hello there, the FLEX-M2 offers higher photo resolution and improved video quality compared to the FLEX-M. The FLEX-M2 captures up to 32 MP photos and records 1080p videos with sound, while the FLEX-M captures up to 28 MP photos and records 720p videos with sound.
