Insiders Club Free Trial
Q. Who is eligible for the free trial between September 17 and 30?
All non-members can start the 14-day free trial by pressing "Start" in the SPYPOINT mobile app v5.9 or by logging in the app on spypoint.com, between September 17th 2 PM and September 30th.
Q. Will the duration (14 days) of the trial extend if someone signs up after September 18th?
Yes. The duration would remain 14 days for each individual client from the day they sign up, between September 17th to September 30th.
Q. Will I be paying for an Insiders Club membership after the free trial?
No. The free trial doesn't require any commitment or credit card. It's really free. Once you enjoyed your 14-day free trial, the app will automatically revert to its previous state.
Q. If I used to be an Insiders Club member, can I have access to the free trial?
Yes. It is open to anyone who is not already an Insiders Club member from September 17th.
Q. What is included with the Insiders Club free trial?
The advanced scouting features are available such as: 8 AI species filters, custom tags and tag correction, advanced mapping, 12-month photo history, 500 favorites, camera sharing, and the 250-photo plan for each camera in the account.
These features remain exclusive to Insiders Club members: 20% off transmission plans and accessories, 50 HD photos, premium service and monthly giveaways.
Q. What is "advanced mapping"?
That's the new feature we launched along with the Insiders Club free trial. You can now access new layers like topography, wind direction and precipitations to better plan your outings.
Also, you can draw shape to identify important plots.
As before, you can tag many elements (cameras, camp, water, food plot, etc).
Q. Will my transmissions plans will be impacted by the free trial?
No. All paid transmissions plans are not impacted by the free trial. Only cameras on a free 100-photo plan will get the 250-photo Basic plan upgrade.
Q. If I start the free trial, will I be able to see the photos from the past 12 months? What about the tags?
Yes. We can retrieve up to 12 months of photo history for camera. The AI species tags and custom tags will also be displayed to past photos during the free trial.
Q. I want to start the free trial, but I don't see the banner in the SPYPOINT app. What should I do?
Update the mobile app to v5.9 to see the banner and start the free trial, after September 17th 2:30 PM ET. Is it possible it take some time to see the update in your app store. You can also start your free trial on the SPYPOINT website.
