How to buy the Full-HD photo package?
You can easily add full-HD photos from the SPYPOINT web app. With this add-on, you can request Full-HD photos from most SPYPOINT devices*.
1. Login into the SPYPOINT web app.
2. Click on the three-bar menu in the top-left corner.
3. Click on “Get 50 Full-HD Photos”.
4. Choose how many full-HD photos you need. Every 50 Full-HD photos cost $5 and do not expire. You cannot automatically renew the Full-HD photo package.
*The CELL-LINK cannot transmit full-HD quality photos. Some legacy models may not transmit Full-HD photos.
How to buy the Full-HD video package?
The Full-HD videos are only available to our FLEX series (FLEX, FLEX G-36 and FLEX-S).
1. Login into the SPYPOINT web app.
2. Click on the three-bar menu in the top-left corner.
3. Click on “Select a camera”.
4. Click on the photo of one of your FLEX cameras to unlock the ability to buy the Full-HD video package.
5. Select “Get 20 Full-HD videos”.
6. Choose how many full-HD videos you need. Every 20 videos cost $5 and do not expire. You cannot automatically renew the Full-HD Video package.
