Awesome lithium battery!
I have been using the Lit-09 batteries for three years now and will never use regular batteries in my Spypoints again. I literally save hundreds of dollars a year by not having to replace batteries. I live in Saskatchewan and our cold temps will kill a set of alkaline batteries after a couple weeks max. The Lit-09's last several months without maintenance. Even better when you add one to the SOLAR cams. Never need to change batteries again!

Rechargeable lithium battery and possible fire haz
I have been using the lithium rechargeable batteries for my 8 cameras for many years because I wanted to quit using batteries that needed to be thrown away. However, I have noticed recently that the rechargeable lithium batteries are not recharging after about a year. I actually had one recently that while charging for some reason basically blew out of the battery container (see pics). I sent an email to support with pics addressing my perceived fire issue concerns and the longevity of the battery life but have received no reply as of this posting. As far as my concern about the fire hazard of the lithium battery while charging I am a retired firefighter with fire cause investigating experience.

Easy to use
I have been using these batteries for several months and find that they will go 8-12 weeks without recharge even with transmission on picture capture.

Questions
What are the charger technical specifications required for LIT-09 ? Battery is being sold w/o charger, there is nothing written on battery label, the charger is not available in any store in my country, so I would have to use universal ac charger. thx

I just got the LIT-09 for my LINK-CT. I charged the battery till the light turned green. When I put it in the device there is no power (AA batteries work fine). Is there a trick to this? I have tried all the different orientations.

I have the LINK-Sv. Is there a rechargable battery that the built in solar panel will keep charged?

I have the micro link cellular camera and also the solar kit. My problem is that it only lasts 2 weeks max on a charge. How do I get it to last longer? I've not been happy with this product seeing as the solar kit was supposed to say me money on batteries
Hi! The solar panel is recommended to facing south. When possible mount the camera where the solar panel is in the direct sunlight. The solar panel will continue to operate even in the shade. It will only be less efficient. It may take several days or even weeks of sunlight before the integrated solar panel fully recharges the internal battery if it is allowed to discharge completely. I have a Link-W 4G, one of the batteries corroded. The spring on the negative side of the 4th battery from the top broke. The battery makes no contact. If I buy the battery pack, could it still work, or can you guys repair it?

I have link-s. Ones my 8 AA batteries discharged camera turnes off, even though the solar powered battery is showing 76% on last Communication. Is this normal? Shouldn’t it discharge the solar powered battery first and use the 8 AAbatteries as back up.

Two part question: 1) will your lithium battery pack fit into the new cell link? 2) If mated to a solar camera will the solar unit recharge the battery pack?
The CELL-LINK is not compatible with the LIT-09 battery pack and is compatible with the LIT-10 battery pack. The cameras solar panel is only able to charge the internal battery in the camera. It will not charge the lithium battery pack (#LIT-09). To recharge your LIT-09 battery you will need the charger kit. -TI

I have the Link EVO-V camera. The LIT-09 battery seems to fit in the battery compartment - though it is very snug. The LIT-09 is charged. The camera will not turn on however. Camera works fine with 8 AA batteries. So is the LIT-09 battery compatible?

Is this lithium battery pack the same battery used in the heated seat cushion? If not, how do I purchase additional batteries for the heated seat cushion. I'm looking for an extra battery like the one that came with the cushion.
