Seafood is great any time of year, but it just tastes a little better in summer, especially fried shrimp. John shows us how easy it is to make fried shrimp at home that the whole family will love.
Seafood is intimidating for a lot of home cooks, but it doesn't need to be. Like anything else, you learn by doing. Shrimp are going to cook fast, and overcooking seafood is one of the worst things you can do. Shellfish get chewy and rubbery, fish get dry and inedible.
John breaks down the barriers to good homemade shrimp with this easy recipe that anyone can make, and it's bound to have the whole family begging for more!
