La configuration de la FLEX-M est simple, grâce à l’activation mobile et aux boutons sur la caméra qui vous permettent de formater la carte microSD requise (non fournie) et de prendre une photo test.

La caméra est dotée de quatre modes de capture : Photo, Vidéo, Intervalle et Intervalle+. La fonction Intervalle prend des photos à l'intervalle de votre choix. La fonction Intervalle+ prend des photos à l'intervalle de votre choix et lorsque le capteur de détection de la caméra est déclenché, ce qui est parfait pour surveiller de vastes zones au-delà de la portée de détection de la caméra. Le déclencheur réactif optimise les paramètres de la caméra pour atteindre les conditions exactes au moment de la prise afin d'obtenir la meilleure qualité d'image, à chaque fois. Équipée de la technologie de capture en continu, la FLEX-M peut envoyer et capturer simultanément, pour que vous ne manquiez pas une minute d'action sur le terrain.

Each time I was given the round about from the "Advisors'. Now I'm being told that my camera was activated in 2023 when the camera didn't even launch till 2024?? I'm extremely disappointed that I wasn't helped and offered a replacement. Was always told it's the firmware... It's unfortunate because some of us like myself saves every penny just to purchase the camera and photo plan. My family depends on the meat and having the cameras help tremendously. Disappointed I wasnt helped and treated like a customer that the future of the company depends on.. Because I am. We ALL are..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor company I bought one of these late last year, and the cheaply made plastic back cracked recently from screwing in the tree mount. I contacted customer service who absolutely wouldn’t do a thing to help me. They said since it’s physical damage and not a technical issue they wouldn’t help. That is a sign of a poor quality product, and a poor quality company who won’t stand behind their own product. If I were you, look at other products

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Eats batteries for breakfast I been running spypoints for about 10 years probably ben through 15 cameras. Always be satisfied. My link micros and the LM2s with energizer lthium batteries last close to a year in our low deer density areas. But these flex M only last about 2 weeks. Idk if i got 2 bad cameras or they all like this. Im the least satisfied with these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery life is horrible I have 4 of these flex-m cameras. I put one camera up last month. Batteries died in 12 days. I used 8 brand new AA non-rechargeable alkaline batteries and 8 days later my camera was dead again. Over those 8 days the camera only took 4 pictures. Either my camera is bad (only 2 months old) or these flex-m cameras are all bad.

Questions

when I open the map marker section...i have no option to delete markers. A long press only gives me the option to add new or cancel. I need to delete old markers from last season. version 5.11.0

Hello there! Please keep in mind that markers created from the camera’s GPS coordinates cannot be deleted. However, manually added markers can be removed with a quick tap. Do I have to have an SD card?

Hello Shelly, yes, our Flex M camera requires an SD card to store all photos and videos. It supports Class 10 SD cards with a capacity of 2 GB to 512 GB, so be sure to use one within this range for optimal performance and reliable image storage.

Dose the camera need batteries with an external Soler battery pack and what is the auto program for batteries

The internal battery acts as the main power source, while the external pack serves as a backup to help maintain power. Please check the settings under General in the app, where you can select and set the correct power source for accurate monitoring.

Do any of the Spypoint cameras allow for remote formatting of the sd card

At this time, SPYPOINT cameras do not support remote SD card formatting through the app. The SD card must be formatted directly on the camera using the format button or by removing it and formatting it on a computer. For multiple cameras on one account would there be only one membership fee the account or would I need memberships for each camera for example 4 cameras 250 pictures a month for with the insider club would only be $99.99 a year or 4×$99.99 a year

This means you only need one membership, and each camera linked to your account will automatically receive the basic plan of 250 photos per month.
