Brian and Billy head to west Texas, just a few miles from the border, chasing big aoudad in some rugged, harsh country!
Aoudad may not be native to Texas, but this north-Africa transplants have made themselves right at home in the craggy, arid deserts of Texas. Hunting aoudad typically calls for a lot of glassing, a lot of driving, and chasing an animal that is almost always moving.
As usual, the boys are making a bit of a competition of who takes the bigger animal, but that assumes both of them even get one on the ground. Harsh country, rugged animals, and a short hunting window all play against you in this part of the world.
