Firmware update
Installation instructions (PC)
- Make sure to use a SD card class 10/U1 up to 32GB.
- Format the SD card on your computer.
- Download the update file from our website.
- Open the downloaded .zip file by double-clicking on it.
- Extract the files from the .zip file.
- Copy the extracted files onto the SD card.
- Eject the SD card from the computer.
- Turn the camera off.
- Hold down the ON/OFF button.
- The screen will light up and display "Firmware updating". You may then release the ON/OFF button.
- Once the installation is done, the camera will shut down by itself before turning on again.
- The camera firmware will now be up to date.
Installation instructions (Mac)
- Make sure to use a SD card class 10/U1 up to 32GB.
- Format the SD card (Format: MS-DOT (FAT)).
- Download the update file from our website.
- Double-click on the .zip file.
- Copy the extracted files onto the SD card.
- Click to open the file: MacOS_PrepareSDCard.command.
- Eject the SD card from the computer and insert the SD card in the camera.
- Hold down the OK button and turn the camera on.
- The screen will light up and display "Firmware updating". You may then release the ON/OFF button.
- Once the installation is done, the camera will shut down by itself before turning on again.
- The camera firmware will now be up to date.
