Conditions
Here is what you need before sharing the content of your SPYPOINT cameras:
• Be an Insiders Club member
• Have at least one active camera in your account.
• Use the latest SPYPOINT mobile app (iOS or Android). If you can't update the mobile app, read our article Is The SPYPOINT App Compatible with My Phone?" or log into the SPYPOINT web app.
• You can share a camera with a maximum of 10 different people.
• You can share up to ten cameras by account.
Camera sharing is included in your Insiders Club membership and is free for your guests, wherever they are. They will receive the same photos that your cameras transmit. If you max out your transmission plan for the month, they will not receive any detection.
How to share a camera from the SPYPOINT App
1. Use the latest SPYPOINT mobile app or log into the SPYPOINT web app.
2. Go into the Account and press "Camera Sharing" in the menu.

3. Press the "Add a guest" button on the Camera Sharing page.
4. Enter the name and email address of the person you wish to share access with. You can also select the cameras you want to share.
5. Once you press “Send invite,” an email invitation will be sent. The guest's status will be pending until he accepts the invitation within seven (7) days. From this moment on, you can easily remove a guest's access.
Who can I share my camera with?
You can share your SPYPOINT cellular cameras' content with anyone using an email address.
If you send an invitation to a friend without a SPYPOINT account, the invite will ask them to create one before they can access your gallery. If he already has a SPYPOINT account, ask for his account email address.
The guests have 7 days to accept or decline the invitation. Beyond that delay, you will need to re-invite them again.
Your guests can easily access your cameras via the SPYPOINT app or the SPYPOINT web app. No need to have a smartphone!
You can share a camera with a maximum of ten guests.
✔️ The guests must :
• Provide a valid email address if he doesn't have a SPYPOINT account yet, and create a SPYPOINT account with this same email address.
• Provide his SPYPOINT account email address if he already has one.
❌ The guests do not need :
• An existing SPYPOINT account,
• SPYPOINT cameras,
• A smartphone,
• To be in the same country,
• To pay a membership or a fee.
What can the guests do with shared access? What are the limits?
When sharing your camera with guests, they get view-only access to its gallery.
✔️ The guests can :
• View the photo and video history over the last year
• See existing FULL-HD photos and videos
• Filter photos using BUCK TRACKER™
• See the camera status (last communication date, the signal strength and battery level)
❌ The guests cannot :
• See the transmission plan
• Request new FULL-HD images
• See the camera location
• See Settings
• Delete image or video
• Share your cameras with other guests
How can I stop sharing my camera?
1. In the guest list, press on the user you wish to remove.
2. Press the “Remove Guest” button in the lower right corner.
