Important information: unauthorized sources

We strongly recommend you purchase our products and services directly from one of our authorized dealers listed above. If there is no retailer available in your area, please send an email to sales@spypoint.com and we will take care of you

If you find a "deal" online that looks too good to be true, it probably is. Please note that we do not offer our “Know you’re covered” two-year warranty on second hand products and on products purchased through unauthorized, where the supplier is unknown and the source of the product is undetermined, such as eBay, Kijiji or any other online auction services, as we do not know the condition of the products being offered for sale.

If you are unable to provide a proof of purchase which includes details on the dealer as well as the country of the purchase, we may at our sole discretion refuse to honor the “Know you’re covered” warranty if we have reasons to believe that the product is counterfeit, unauthorized, unworking due to the area for which it was designed or was otherwise purchased against our policies.

Do note that SPYPOINT camera carrier models will only work in the specific area they were purchased in. For example, a camera purchased in Canada will not work in the United States, nor will a camera purchased in the United States work in Canada.

In the event a reparation is authorized by our services, such reparation must take place in the country where the purchase should have originated. Our products are associated to a serial number, and each serial number is associated to a specific country. For example, if you buy a product online from the United States, it cannot be repaired from a European service center.
