Improved reception for me
Have had one connected to a camera for a couple of years now and has definitely given us better reception. My guess is that it will vary from site to site as there are so many variables with locations.

Can you get longer cable with the booster? And does a longer cable lessen signal strength?

Will this work if there is no signal in the location of the camera but there is signal close by (say around 150’ or so)
