Moose Kafta

Ingredients:
• 1 pound moose, chopped
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 tbsp cumin
• 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
• 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
• salt and pepper
Instructions:
Grind the spices and mix all the ingredients together.
Wrap them around soaked skewers or simply make meatballs.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the center reads 145 degrees fahrenheit with a thermometer.
Serve with a tzatziki sauce, fresh coriander and chopped tomatoes on toasted naan bread.
