Excellent camera for the price
I have waited a few months before I did a review and now I have 6 of these cameras so I think I’m ready. Truly I don’t have anything negative to say about the flex-m at all. You can’t beat the quality and reliability for the price. It take great photos and videos, gets great signal everywhere I’ve used them. To get all these features for under $100 is amazing. 10 out of 10! I would recommend this to anyone anytime. Love them.

Great camera
This is the wife here. I purchased one in September for his Christmas gift. But the guys he hunts with all have one and he kept showing me their pictures. I did order the 2nd one and gave it to him and both of us are very well pleased with this product. So, he’s getting the other one at Christmas. Set up is extremely easy. This is the first camera the sd card actually worked correctly when I formatted it. Thank you for this.

Easily operated
Purchased my cameras off Amazon. They arrived fairly quickly. Very easy setup and operation, very user friendly. Definitely a lot better than having to pull cards and a great price. My only compliant is you have to buy a plan for each individual camera. I would have thought that a plan would cover at least a couple of cameras, but they do give 100 free photos. Overall I am satisfied and I love the gps locators as well

Great security while on vacation.
Set up 2 Flex M’s pointed at my garage/front door and one at my shop. Hid them well where would be vagrants wouldn’t see them. Great trigger speed and pic quality and definition was on point! Caught every neighbohood animal, mailman, random people turning around in driveway. Caught them all and multiple shot. Highly recommend, great peace of mind while your away. Can’t wait to get these cameras to the woods this fall.

Simple to Setup and Great Images
I absolutely love my FLEX-M! Put the batteries in and had it up and running within a few seconds! The remote firmware update is super convenient and the ability to format SD card right at the camera makes this the best trail camera to take in the backwoods with you!
I have setup in my yard right now and impressed with photo quality and distance!
Can't wait to get this out on my deer property in the next few weeks!

Terrible
Bought two of these last year and have had nothing but issues from them, draining batteries, working only half the time, having to reset them because they randomly stop working, and one of them just quit working all together. Customer service is terrible and they have never been of any help to me. I will never buy another SPYPOINT please do not waste your money on these. I would give it a zero star review if I could.

I’ve had my Flex-M for several months. I can say the upgrades and innovation from the Link series to the Flex series are very impressive. Still being a simple “turn on and walk away” camera like the Link is where the similarities end. The Flex has dual SIM technology which make connecting faster and has a visual light meter on the camera. There is also a visual light meter for the battery
level. The ability to format your SD card right on the
camera.
Next, improved day and night 28mp picture quality and added is 720p
video. All sent to my phone any time I want.The changes are endless and can be found on the SPYPOINT website.
All I can say is this new camera gives me everything I need to scout for deer, surveillance around the farm and security at my parents house. And to have all this at an affordable price makes me a very satisfied customer.

Great photos
This camera serves our needs well. We use them for home security as well as watching wildlife. I like the daily photo option and the firmware update that can be done remotely. I do not like that I can't change my monthly plan from the app or that it automatically defaults to auto renewal. It makes the process very cumbersome and you can easily get charged for a monthly photo package you really don't need.

Everything I need!
So I have purchased several Flex-M cams now and each one is working great. The value o this cam with the features it provides me is amazing. I love the video and picture quality and I believe the battery life has improved over the original Flex. My propert has some spots that need different cellular providers so having a dual SIM card installed is awesome. I recommend you grab a few. This is my new go-to cam.

At $100 for inside track club and $8 per camera per month adds up to $676 a year for unlimited videos.
Everything about the camera is amazing I love the free photos up to 100.
Personally I'm planning on buying more cameras instead of getting the unlimited membership because it's so expensive.
For just $100 a year you can have 250 photos for free.
When the camera runs out of the 250 swap it for another

You won't be disappointed!
I have 4 different models of spy point cameras. The flex m I just put in the field was so simple to set up with being able to format the sd card while in the field saves so much time. Also being able to hit the test button and get a pic right away let's you see that image and make adjustments to angles or position while you're still on site. Highly recommend spypoint and customer service is top notch too.

Worst customer service
I have 4 cameras I pay 15.00 a month, well over a year now. Pictures come through, very rarely do I request a video, no problem. NOW for the last 3 months after payment of course it says “you no longer have videos “ you can’t get any clearer than that. Only thing I got was you have to separately pay for each one. I will cancel my subscription, and purchase cameras that I can actually get CUSTOMER SERVICE

wonderful camera system
I purchased this camera about one year ago, and I find it to be an excellent product. The solar-powered battery works wonderfully; I've never experienced it running out of charge, even in the middle of winter. The optional backup batteries are a great idea as well. I would highly recommend this camera and plan to buy another one during their Black Friday specials. Thank you for such a fantastic product!

A dream to setup and use !
I really appreciate a trail camera that is easy to use and setup right out of the box. The flex M is just that. It's worked flawlessly since day one , not to mention the photos are crystal clear. The range detection is awesome and has been working through a variety of weather conditions. I think Spypoint has knocked this one of the park and I'm excited to see what will show up on camera this season !

Flex M cameras
I bought these cameras about two weeks ago for Security purposes. I have been very satisfied with them so far. The only thing I have noticed is I get a lot of pictures when there appears to be no activity. When I return to the property I am going to adjust the alignment to see if that helps. Other than that I am very satisfied with both cameras. I purchased solar panels and will install them soon.

Reaches far into the night!
I set this up on my gas line and it's picking up deer across the line and into the woods on the other side! Even at night! Trigger speed is really fast and the clarity is second to none. I'm able to see bucks starting to grow and when switched to video, the sound is clear enough to hear squirrels hopping down the gas line! Can't wait to put more in my arsenal and find ole mossy horns this fall!

Buyer Beware
Purchased this for hunting. Was really happy for a few weeks until I noticed the fresnel lens started pulling/peeling out of the corner on one of my cameras. I didn't get a single animal near the camera at that point, so I know that wasn't it. The issue unfortunately caused the camera to take pictures non stop making it useless. I first tried to look for a replacement lens which has been out of stock for the last few weeks. When I noticed it voided the warranty if I repaired it myself, I contacted customer service. I asked if they could source a replacement part or help with the issue which they couldn't help in either area. After being on the phone with them for 48 minutes they informed me that the warranty was now void due to product malfunction. Isn't that why warranties exist? Do better Spypoint. Ill be selling my other camera and going elsewhere. Really, Really bad customer service

Wonderful customer support for a great product
I bought the flex-m twin pack and have them set up for deer hunting. The free 100 photos a month are great but the fact that for a $100 a year every camera on your account the number of photos transmitted is increased to 250 a month. Costumer support is amazing and quick, they go above and beyond what is necessary. So far I've only had one issue that was corrected after power cycling the camera.

Ok camera HORRIBLE customer service!!
Just purchased Flex-M with solar battery last week. Camera takes videos but stops so I needed to find out why so I reached out with the online chat. On the chat I was talking with Nurjaimira ( mind you It took almost the whole chat to get a name) this was a horrible support chat, they didn't listen to a word I was saying I think they just decided to copy and paste information off a list and not actually listen to my issue. The response was so delayed and you could tell they were typing then stopped typing then started typing over and over again! For instance I stated the camera was not hooked up to any power because I just brought it in to make sure it is fully charged and they gave me information about the solar panel not working. "Stating let me get this correct, your solar power battery is not working" My issue was the camera started to send videos then wouldn't send me any more. I wanted to figure out why and the responses' were nothing about the videos!!! I'm so annoyed that this individual completely disregarded all the information that I sent over and over again, mind you they already had the model that I have and then after the conversation started and sending me information not pertaining to my issue they then asked what I had for a product. After I stated what microSD card I had they kept sending me a paragraph about what the SD card had to be. Needless to say this individual has no clue about these cameras and just copy and pastes information for whatever they feel they want to share at that moment.
So now I have to figure out what's wrong with it on my own or try to reach back out and hopefully reach someone that has a clue about the cameras!!!
If you want an ok camera then go for it but for the customer service DONT DO IT!!
I will add this is not the only camera system I have from Spypoint, I have another one and did and still have issues with that one I always have to rest it.

It works when it wants to.
The camera seems to work when it wants to. It will take pictures when a random blade of grass moves but it wouldn't take a picture of a turkey feeding 15 feet in front of it. It will have 90% signal and I've tried the different settings and it hasn't changed the results. I've tried different SD cards because it will say the format is bad when I've formatted with the camera and a computer.

Batteries go fast
I've been using duracell batteries, they worked great for the first 2 months, but then the batteries drained super quickly everytime I've replaced them. Thinking about getting the battery pack but I've already dropped aroumd 200 dollars on this setup (camera and subscription) I'm not sure putting 50 more dollars on a battery pack will help, especially because they have such a low rating.

Best trail camera available!
Extremely happy with the ease of use, picture quality & no Wi-Fi needed! Solved all my problems with past cameras. Get immediate texts when the camera gets triggered. Can view activity no matter where I am. Great quality product all the way around. From device to photo quality and plan options. Can place out on the trails of property or in the barn when I have my horses in for the night.

Awesome cellular cameras
Great cameras, easy to set up. Comes with a free plan of 100 photos a month. These cameras also get better cell service than my cell phone does deep in the woods. I love the fact that I can either be at home or work and know when a Deer is traveling through my area. I purchased the Flex M 2 pack for $99 as a test run to see how well I liked these cameras and it didn’t disappoint!!

Great cameras but difficult if there’s an issue
Love the cameras but is very difficult if you have a camera that has an issue. Spent about 3 weeks not consistent but on phone or via chat to get camera fixed went through all there steps 5or 6 times and finally they are sending me a new camera! But they should have all the time documented so they don’t make you go through same steps over and over. But did finally get it resolved.

Last season I purchased a Flex camera and it worked great. I had the unlimited plan since it’s watching a feeder. I had to swap out the batteries-regular Duracells- about monthly. Then I bought a twin pack of LM2’s… stay far away from those. They are junk. Recently purchased 2 of the Flex M’s and put them out a week ago. They seem to be working great like the first Flex for now.

Fantastic Camera! Best Bang for your buck!
The Flex-M is an absolute fabulous camera, battery life, trigger speed and the image quality is second to none! Setup is extremely simple (make sure you're Firmware is Current) and with all Spypoint cell cameras you receive 100 FREE photos a month. If you have several SP cell cams I'd also recommend the Insiders Club membership to receive 250 FREE photos and many other benefits!

Horrible Customer Service
I have no issues with the Camera ... while it works. About 3 months after activation i got a notification from my camera about the SD card. I've spent over 4 hours trying to get spypoint to warranty THEIR SD card just to be told to go in circles troubleshooting and jumping through hoops to get spypoint to stand behind there product. I have confirmed the issue isn't the camera.

Video, Signal, and Price🔥
I got this camera and put it out trying to get eyes on my target buck on new game trails. I wasent sure about signal as I didnt have cell phone service, but when I got back and checked it had 50% signal! Then the video this camera takes made it easy to nail down which deer were using the trail since it was so vlear. For the price point you really can't go wrong with the Flex-M

Flex M. First time using.
Started looking for cameras for hunt area. Researched several cameras before choosing SPYPOINT Flex M. Having never used a trail cam there was a learning curve for me. The 100 free pictures was a big selling point. I learned quickly that the set up is a must. The frequency of pictures taking and the frequency of sync. Even after watching your on-line videos you live and learn.

Great Features for the Price
I have picked up a few of these and so far they have run without issue. The thumbnails that get sent back are quite good. You could easily count points on a buck at 30 feet. If you want the HD photo they show great detail. I have 2 on solar setups and one on a Lit22. That one has taken over 1000 photos in 4 months, done a remote firmware update, and the Lit22 is still at 73%!

Hello Todd, the two SIM cards mentioned on the packaging are already pre‑installed inside the camera from the factory, so you won’t find any loose SIM cards in the box; they are inserted in the internal SIM slots and ready to use, and you should not remove or replace them.

Does the Flex-M (or any trail cam) operate with both cell and wifi?
Hi there! our FLEX-M and our other SPYPOINT trail cameras don’t use Wi-Fi. They are either cellular cameras, like the FLEX series, which use LTE to send photos and videos to the SPYPOINT app, or non-cellular models that save everything to an SD card with no wireless transmission. The FLEX-M operates on cellular only, not a combination of cellular and Wi-Fi. If you’re planning to place the camera in an area with weak cell coverage, it’s important to check coverage first or consider a non-cellular model that records directly to an SD card.

Is there a way to program the camera to take a picture every 30 minutes, rather than when there is movement detected?
Hello Taylor, yes, our FLEX‑M can do that. In the SPYPOINT app, change the camera’s Capture Mode to Time‑Lapse, then set the Time‑Lapse interval to 30 minutes. In this mode, the camera will automatically take a photo every 30 minutes, even if there’s no movement detected. If you still want both scheduled photos and motion‑triggered ones, you can instead use Time‑Lapse+.

Do I pay a subscription fee from the moment the cameras are connected to a network or do I only pay if the number of photos are more then 100 per month?

If the flex-m cannot connect to a network and transmit photos to my phone but saves photos to the sd card does it still use up the free 100 photos per month?
Hello there, yes, you can still use your free 100 photos per month because even when it’s not connected and only saving photos to the SD card, the camera keeps those images queued for transmission, and once it regains signal, they are automatically sent to the SPYPOINT app and counted toward your monthly photo allowance.
