Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t send pics Sent pictures just fine for a week or 2. Then it Stop sending pictures. Brand new battery and micro sd card and still won’t send pictures. Have the 1000 picture a month plan and not 1 picture popped up. It last checked in July 16 and nothing sense. Customer service was nice but didn’t help at all.

Hi there. The FLEX-M features a 28 MP photo resolution and 720p video recording with sound, while the FLEX-M2 offers a 32 MP photo resolution and 1080p video recording with sound. Both devices have a flash range and detection range of up to 90 ft (90'), a trigger speed of 0.4 seconds, and support Time-Lapse and Time-Lapse+ capture modes. Can I take a picture or turn the camera off from my location. The cameras will be set up in a different location from my location?

Hello Austin, with the FLEX-M2, you can manage your camera settings and view your photos remotely through the SPYPOINT app or web app, no matter where you are, as long as the camera has a cellular signal. However, the FLEX-M2 does not have the Instant Mode or On-Demand Request feature, which means you cannot remotely take a picture on demand or turn the camera off from your location. The camera is designed to capture photos and videos automatically when it detects motion. If you would like to control when the camera is active, you can use the Schedule feature in the app to set specific start and end times for the camera to operate. Outside those hours, the camera will enter hibernation mode to save power.

Is the Flex M2 cable lock compatible and which lithium battery does it use?

Hi there, the FLEX-M2 is compatible with the CLM-6FT cable lock. For power options, the FLEX-M2 supports 8 AA alkaline or lithium batteries, as well as the LIT-22 rechargeable lithium battery pack.

can you remote erase the SD card when it is full

Hello Troy, our FLEX M2 does not support remotely erasing or formatting the SD card when it becomes full. To clear the SD card, you can perform a quick format directly on the camera by pressing and holding the Format button on the device until the formatting process begins. Alternatively, you can remove the SD card from the camera, insert it into a computer using a card reader, then right-click the SD card drive and select Format.
