La configuration de la FLEX-M est simple, grâce à l’activation mobile et aux boutons sur la caméra qui vous permettent de formater la carte microSD requise (non fournie) et de prendre une photo test.

La caméra est dotée de quatre modes de capture : Photo, Vidéo, Intervalle et Intervalle+. La fonction Intervalle prend des photos à l'intervalle de votre choix. La fonction Intervalle+ prend des photos à l'intervalle de votre choix et lorsque le capteur de détection de la caméra est déclenché, ce qui est parfait pour surveiller de vastes zones au-delà de la portée de détection de la caméra. Le déclencheur réactif optimise les paramètres de la caméra pour atteindre les conditions exactes au moment de la prise afin d'obtenir la meilleure qualité d'image, à chaque fois. Rated 1 de 5 de par Worked great until the last firmware update I have had 3 of these cameras for over a year and they have done very well, take good pictures and last forever when equipped with the solar panel option. The last firmware update happened and my cameras just send mostly black pictures now, I never received a black picture from any of them until the firmware update was pushed. I have reached out for support and was told that it was poor signal or low battery and this is not the case. Now I basically just have 3 cameras that are no good. Spypoint, please fix this issue with another update or something!! Looked at purchasing a flex s dark, but not until these issues are resolved.

I have had this camera over a month now and this compact camera has delivered spot on. 28mp pictures and 720p videos with sound (HD videos available). It's compact to fit in almost any situation. dual sim technology gives you the best signal in your area. Battery life is awesome and performance was above expectations. You will not be sorry purchasing this camera for the price. With spy point you get a 100 free photos every month. Setup is a breeze with the app and you can even test it out in the field with the test button. Don't let the compact size fool you this camera is loaded with features like the traditional Flex series.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Buyer beware I bought 4 of these 2 double packs from Walmart, worked great for about a year then they required an update and now rarely work and most the time blacked out pictures. Can't get a warranty to return them because why would I really keep original receipt especially since I purchased the extra data plans when I got them. Was told I can upload files to a computer and upload them I don't own a computer and would cost more to resolve the update. They should have made the update with the fix not the damage. They should know the by serial numbers and my added data plan when I purchased. Will not recommend to someone if they're giving them away

Rated 1 de 5 de par Worked good for one season I bought this twin pack in October of 2024. They worked good that fall when I finally got them connected to my Spypoint account. Last fall (2025) I had both set up for months getting the occasional picture and assumed there weren't many deer around. When I started sitting in my stand for archery season I would walk in front of my camera and watched several deer walk in front of it as well. No pictures were taken. I was very disappointed especially since the deer I ended up harvesting should have been on camera and would have made a neat picture to pair with the mount. I got one good season out of these.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Amazing, affordable, quality cam! Man SpyPoint really just keeps knocking it out of the park! I added the Flex-M to my arsenal recently and it is jam packed with all of the standard features you really need. I love the ability to essentially pull this camera out of the box, power it on and set it up where I want and begin receiving photos/videos in a matter of minutes. I get excited each time I get a new notification about a video preview or photo and I love that I can request HD videos or photos of any image I desire. The GPS feature is also nice in case I forget to mark where I placed it in my hunting app. All in all you can’t beat this camera at the price point!

Rated 1 de 5 de par Connectivity/ Durability I bought 4 of the Flex M in August and in less than 3 months I’m down to 1. The cameras are constantly searching for signal and rarely connect. The firmware is updated and competitors cameras have full signal in the exact areas. Customer support is a joke and not helpful not to mention the long wait times. When it comes to durability the antenna design is poor and weak. My assumption is the wiring inside the camera wasn’t attached properly causing the no signal issues. Spypoint has sacrificed quality and they aren’t the same company as they were 5 years ago. Spend a little more and buy any of there competitors and you will be much happier.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Worst Game cam company I've had multiple Spypoint cameras and each ones demise started with not connecting and transmitting photos. Each time I was given the round about from the "Advisors'. Now I'm being told that my camera was activated in 2023 when the camera didn't even launch till 2024?? I'm extremely disappointed that I wasn't helped and offered a replacement. Was always told it's the firmware... It's unfortunate because some of us like myself saves every penny just to purchase the camera and photo plan. My family depends on the meat and having the cameras help tremendously. Disappointed I wasnt helped and treated like a customer that the future of the company depends on.. Because I am. We ALL are..

Hello Todd, the two SIM cards mentioned on the packaging are already pre‑installed inside the camera from the factory, so you won’t find any loose SIM cards in the box; they are inserted in the internal SIM slots and ready to use, and you should not remove or replace them.

Does the Flex-M (or any trail cam) operate with both cell and wifi?

Hi there! our FLEX-M and our other SPYPOINT trail cameras don’t use Wi-Fi. They are either cellular cameras, like the FLEX series, which use LTE to send photos and videos to the SPYPOINT app, or non-cellular models that save everything to an SD card with no wireless transmission. The FLEX-M operates on cellular only, not a combination of cellular and Wi-Fi. If you’re planning to place the camera in an area with weak cell coverage, it’s important to check coverage first or consider a non-cellular model that records directly to an SD card.

Is there a way to program the camera to take a picture every 30 minutes, rather than when there is movement detected?

Hello Taylor, yes, our FLEX‑M can do that. In the SPYPOINT app, change the camera’s Capture Mode to Time‑Lapse, then set the Time‑Lapse interval to 30 minutes. In this mode, the camera will automatically take a photo every 30 minutes, even if there’s no movement detected. If you still want both scheduled photos and motion‑triggered ones, you can instead use Time‑Lapse+.

If the flex-m cannot connect to a network and transmit photos to my phone but saves photos to the sd card does it still use up the free 100 photos per month?

Hello there, yes, you can still use your free 100 photos per month because even when it’s not connected and only saving photos to the SD card, the camera keeps those images queued for transmission, and once it regains signal, they are automatically sent to the SPYPOINT app and counted toward your monthly photo allowance.

Will this work in the cold weather

In cold conditions, battery life is reduced, so it is important to monitor power levels more frequently and expect shorter battery life compared to warmer seasons. For optimal performance in freezing temperatures, we strongly recommend using lithium AA batteries or a compatible SPYPOINT rechargeable lithium battery pack, as these provide superior cold-weather reliability. Alkaline batteries should be avoided during winter use, as they tend to lose charge rapidly in low temperatures.

Is there any way with any of the spypoint cameras to have them motion activated but only during certain time frames? For instance I only want it to take photos from 7am to 7pm if something walks in front of it.

The schedule in the settings allows you to have the camera active, for example, from 7 AM to 7 PM on the same day, and it will not operate outside of these hours. I have 4 new Flex M cameras one cam just keeps false triggering I get several photos multiple times a day of nothing (not even prints in the snow). It’s gone through over 500 photos in a month not all false triggers but the majority. Moved/cleaned up

Sunlight reflecting off objects like grass, leaves, windows, or cars can trigger the camera due to heat and motion, and moving vegetation, especially in warm weather, can also cause triggers. To test, point the camera at a blank wall to see if it captures any images. Make sure the camera is running the latest firmware by checking our website under the Support page, and that your microSD card is Class 10 or higher, between 2–512 GB, from a reputable brand. How do I activate the GPS on a Flex-M?

Hello there. Hello there. The GPS will be activated, and the coordinates will be available once the camera communicates with the server. Please note, All FLEX line doesn't update its location upon Power Cycle. It only updates the location at the Daily Sync Time set on the app. Example: It's currently 9:00 and camera is set to Sync only at 13:00. If you move the camera to a different location and power it ON at 10:00, then the location will not be updated right away. It should update the location at 13:00 if the camera is still ON. Hello there, yes, our cameras will work in Mexico. Please note that you’ll need the US model for it to function properly in that region. Also, the app will notify you when a photo has been transmitted, as long as notifications are enabled in the SPYPOINT app and you’ve allowed notifications to be sent to your email.

when I open the map marker section...i have no option to delete markers. A long press only gives me the option to add new or cancel. I need to delete old markers from last season. version 5.11.0
