How can this battery that only developed 3.7volts work with the Micro LTE? The LTE is a 12v camera.

The LIT-10 is only compatible with: CELL-LINK, LINK-MICRO, LINK-MICRO-LTE, and LINK-MICRO-S-LTE and adapted to their charging needs and their configuration, the 12V port with which the cameras are equipped is made to ensure the power supply of the camera with an external charging solution, for example, to connect an external 12V battery. This accessory, the lit-10, has the advantage of being rechargeable; therefore, you can extend the time between camera visits and save money by not purchasing multiple sets of batteries. j'ai une micro Link LTE G24E et la batterie LIT-10 ne fonctionne pas.la lumiere statu clignote orange rapidement. sur mon bloc batterie j ai 4 points de contacts et sur le lit-10 il y en a 2 seulement.

The LIT-10 is listed at 3.7 volts. The camera takes 8 1.5 volt batteries which makes 12 volts. Why the difference and will this battery actually work in the camera?
Hello Edwin, The LIT-10 is only compatible with CELL-LINK, LINK-MICRO, LINK-MICRO-LTE, and LINK-MICRO-S-LTE, which are specially designed to be adapted to this voltage. If the camera uses the LIT-10, charge the Lit-10 and then log on to the app, navigate to the advanced setting, and select Lit-10 as the power source. Then restart the camera to update the settings, and the camera will adapt to the selected energy source. Have a wonderful day.

Is there a temperature range these should NOT be operated? Both of mine just swelled and fell apart...they had been operating fine and coincidentally we hit 114 fahrenheit this week...and of course you have none in stock
Hello Justaguy, All our cameras and products have been tested and have been approved for operating in temperatures ranging from -30 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius. This equates to -22 degrees Fahrenheit and 122 degrees Fahrenheit; however, after a long period of use, the pack can become, like any accessory, more sensitive to temperature changes, whether high or low. We do not have an ETA on the LIT-10 availability. Hi I’m looking for the most efficient way to charge 4 batteries at the same time. Just bought them and they came with a usb charger. What’s the recommended watts to charge them individually? Or what’s the recommended volts to charge them?

We highly recommend charging the batteries using the USB charger that came with the product. Any usage of another source will void the warranty if it damages the camera.

I have a link-micro-lte. I purchased two of these batteries. They will not work in my cameras. When I have them fully charged and installed my camera status says 0 power and it doesn’t take pictures.

My Lit-10 Rechargeable Lithium Battery has completely stopped charging. It will not show any light when plugged in and no matter how long I have it on charger it never gets charged. This is very frustrating.

Hello Kim, the battery life depend on many factors. In general, the solar panel will maintain the charge of the battery but if there are many photos taken each day, the solar panel might have a hard time to keep up. It could be a good idea to purchase a spare LIT-10 battery so in case that the one inside the camera goes down, you can change it. -KM
