Flex 2
They leak water into battery compartment and under lens. When I called customer support they would not warranty them because them. I have had three camera leak. I have up to twenty camera running they still would not warranty them

Poor design.
Poor design on the solar panel plug in. The plug is in the bottom of access door and must unplugged before opening. Plug-in is a USB-C and is loosely fitting when plugged in. Will be easy for critters to unplug with no way to secure it. Plug access will likely allow moisture to enter also. The camera also will not recognize an after market LIT-22 battery. Must be a Spypoint brand.

Works better than others
I’ve been keeping my spy point cams around where my in laws have some of their trail cams and I’m getting all my images/notifications via satellite where they have to physically get the chips and aren’t getting any of their notifications

The new undisputed best value in trail cameras
This thing is awesome. 1080p video 32mp photos. Coming in just a touch smaller than the original flex m makes it easier to conceal. The price point and reliability is what every company should strive for.

Upgrades Galore
The new Flex M2 is a powerhouse with upgrades. 1080p video with sound and a 32 megapixel camera. The new latch is great and the recessed antenna is great.

Does the Flex-m2 use the LIT22 Battery?
Hello there, yes, the FLEX-M2 is compatible with the LIT-22 rechargeable battery pack and the 8AA batteries as well, depending on your preferred power setup.

How is it powered, solar or battery, and what battery? The LIT22 I have 2, 1 I never used until a couple weeks ago and it want stay charged. The other no problem
Hello there, the FLEX-M2 is powered by either 8 AA batteries (alkaline or lithium) or a LIT-22 rechargeable lithium battery pack. It does not have an integrated solar panel, though it is compatible with external solar power banks like the SPLB-22 or SPLB-10. I have several Flex-S- Dark and struggle to keep them Transmitting. CS has been very helpful but with 3 bars they work a few weeks and quit transmitting. Anyway, the question is does these new Flex-M2 have a more stable transmission

What is the difference between the Flex M2 and the Flex M?
Hello there, the FLEX-M2 offers higher photo resolution and improved video quality compared to the FLEX-M. The FLEX-M2 captures up to 32 MP photos and records 1080p videos with sound, while the FLEX-M captures up to 28 MP photos and records 720p videos with sound.

Hello John, our FLEX-M2 camera can transmit photos and videos directly to your phone through the SPYPOINT app. Please note that the video will count as 3 photo credits to your photo plan.

Why does the ad mention "YEAR-ROUND POWER"? Is there a free solar panel?
Hello Rarnold, the "Year-round power" refers to the capability of the camera to run continuously for up to 12 months with a LIT-22 rechargeable lithium battery, or up to 6 months with AA batteries. The solar panel isn't a separate free accessory for the offer.
