Spypoint Photo Contest (the "Contest") is Sponsored by Bear Buck Obsession Outfitters and Spypoint ("Sponsors").

GRAND PRIZE: The stay includes accommodations and meals for the entire duration of the trip at the Bear Buck Obsession Outfitter. The winner is responsible for the purchase of his hunting license, the tip, alcohol consumption, personnal clothing and hunting equipment. He is also responsible for the cost of transporting the meat for the return trip (if applicable) and the excess baggage weight allowed by the carrier. The Bear Buck Obsession Outfitter is responsible for preparing and boxing the bearskin in order to be acceptable for transport.

The flight ticket must be from one of the major cities in the United States mainland, excluding Hawaii and Alaska or one of the following cities in Canada: Moncton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver.

The winner will arrive either Saturday or Sunday at the Saskatoon airport. Team Bear Buck Obsession will escort the winner to the lodge (3.5h drive). Sunday is a day of preparation, the hunt begins Monday and ends on Saturday, for a total of 6 days of hunting. Team Bear Buck Obsession will escort the winner back to the Saskatoon airport either Saturday night or Sunday morning. Some adjustments to the schedule may be made given the special character of a hunting trip.

The hunting clothes must follow the regulations of the Province of Saskatchewan: If you are hunting big game with a rifle, hunting in a designated rifle-only season or accompanying a rifle hunter hunting big game, you must wear a complete outer suit from the waist up of scarlet, bright yellow, blaze orange or white, or any combination of these colours. Headwear must be any one of those colours except white. Coloured vests are not considered a complete outer suit from the waist up, and therefore are not acceptable.

JUDGING: A panel of judges consisting of Spypoint and Bear Buck Obsession team members will select the winning entries based equally upon the criteria of quality of picture and relevance to the contest. 3 winners (1 per month) will be announced via Spypoint facebook page and will become a finalist for the $4000 hunting trip grand prize. Each finalist will win one of the 3 monthly prizes. Potential winners will be notified via Spypoint Facebook page.

PRIZE AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after winner verification. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, although the Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. All taxes and any other incidental expenses on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners of the monthly prizes will win a IR-8 trail camera and a HL-10 head lamp. Grand-prize winner (1 of the 3 finalist) will win a 6 days bear hunting trip to Bear Buck Obsession Outfitters.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to individuals 18 years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States or Canada. Employees of Spypoint and Bear Buck Obsession Outfitters are not eligible.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS : All information provided by participant must be complete, true and correct. Submissions to the Contest must be received by 31/01/2012 in order to be eligible; entries received after this date will be deemed ineligible to win. All submitted entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned; Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. All entries may be published on the Spypoint Facebook page, whether selected for a prize or not. Each entry must be submitted on an individual basis (i.e., no team, joint, or corporate entries) and all components of the entry must be an original creation of the submitting participant. Only non-commercial work may be submitted.
